Dennis Draeger is a serial entrepreneur whose passion is helping other entrepreneurs visualize and achieve their goals. He has been a strategy consultant since 2009 with Shaping Tomorrow out of the UK and his own consulting business Aiglatson Strategy & Foresight. Initially, he consulted on strategic planning with small and medium-sized businesses in the US, and he advanced to consult on strategic foresight with multinational corporations and government agencies in Europe, North America, and Asia. Having lived in Hawkes Bay since 2009, he has always wanted to focus on the local community and help the Bay expand its influence throughout New Zealand and around the world.
Dennis has circumnavigated the globe. He met his Kiwi wife in Seoul while she was teaching children and he was assisting CEOs and other executives with their business language skills. They bonded over their love of travel but eventually settled in Napier because of its beauty and culture. They now have two children and are hoping to one day claim ownership of a cat.

Paula is a Personal Development and Business Coach.
Paula is passionate about working with people who are motivated to create change in their lives. This could be improving a personal or business relationship/s, increasing team engagement and thus productivity. Paula’s clients have found they have been able to increase their self-worth, confidence and personal power through the individual coaching and removing the “blocks” and unwanted behaviours that have been [unconsciously] holding them back.
Marketing: Roberta Budvietas
Roberta first attended a TED workshop in the 1990’s when the movie theatre concept was the tool for spreading ideas globally. Since then she has enjoyed many TED videos and in 2015, she worked marketing for TEDxTauranga ensuring an audience of 1000+ attendees.
Roberta has worked as a business mentor, trainer and contractor since 1989. She has mentored, taughts and helped over 1000 small businesses.
In 1997, she opened the first of three branches of Computer Power Training Institute in New Zealand
In 2005, she accepted the challenge of turning around another Private Tertiary Education establishment.
Roberta and her husband have written 6 business books and workbooks and she has been involved with National Speakers, New Zealand Computer Society, New Zealand Trainers and Developers as well as many community led nonprofits.
